YOUR GO-TO SOURCE FOR INFORMATION ON THE MUSKIE DATA CAMPUS

About the Project

The Muskie Data Campus establishes one of the largest scalable AI and HPC development sites in Kentucky and is positioned to become one of Eastern Kentucky’s most significant economic development opportunities in a generation. Located within EastPark Industrial Park in Grayson, Kentucky, the approximately 285-acre campus will deliver more than 1,000 MW of power capacity, with first data hall energization expected by the end of 2028.

Engineered for demanding, high-reliability workloads, the campus expands TeraWulf's hyperscale-ready data center portfolio while supporting long-term economic growth across the region. Situated on a former coal mining site that has been designated for industrial development and actively marketed for a major industrial tenant for more than 25 years, Muskie Data advances a longstanding vision for productive industrial use while honoring the region's agricultural and industrial heritage.
